Am I a bad mother for this, or is this a reasonable thing to do?

obviously* and no, I think you are just being a caring mother:) However, I think she should carry a cell phone on her if she would go out and venture..I do not think she is old enough either, maybe when she is 12, itll be better, it's just one more year!
