Is HYSTEROSCOPY More Actuator Or Hysterosalpingograms (HGS)?

Hi I am trying to get pregnant since so long i had m/c once at that time i gone through the test hysteroscopy to make sure about my tubes and uterus shape i got result back everything look normal after that i moved from that place now i am taking treatment with other doctor she want me to go through Hysterosalpingograms (HGS) test which i have given yesterday ....she told very minor abnormalities in my uterus shape and she is not 100 per sure because Radiology broken her leg she will come back only on apr 1st ...so she told me i have to wait to get result...so any one can help which test is more reliable i cannot wait till apr 1st please some one can help me???
