Getting in to University of North Carolina at chapel hill?

I am applying to colleges now and i have about a 3.7 GPA and i got a 23 on my ACT and am still waiting for SAT scores. Would i be able to get into UNC or is it not really realistic? I know its hard for out of state kids to get in anyways. Thank you
