Intentionally bred white GSD = bad breeder?

i think most breeders are bad breeders but in reference to this particular breed, the color white is a recessive gene,so when you intentionally breed 2 recessive gened animals together, you are more likely to get all the genetic problems, cancers,etc. so that being said any breeders of white gsd are breeding a large number of animals that will definately have health problems. that being said it is a matter of opinion whether that is considered cruel. having had to put a fair number of these animals to sleep due to various bred in problems i consider the white gsd a breed fine to faze out.
