Vampire Myth.. which one do you like the most?

okay so there are books on Vampire Myths..one is By Matthew bunson and its the vampire encyclopedia.. every region of the world has their own types of vampires. they have been around in some regions from the beginning of time.. i think the reason they are immortal is because we have done so.. there was Elizabeth Bathory &Vladamir Dracula, there are doents on clans of vamps, ways to kill them, ways they are made, certain types of vamps, such as the Dubbensluger...my question is what myth do you prefer or which "known vamp" interests you the most?
