What all can I sign up to do? I intend to join the active Army full-time. Health limitations factor in. ?

I may be able to go in as an E4, but I can't go in as an officer because I have Acid Reflux and may still have a minor heart murmur. I formerly had plantar fasceitis, but now cleared up. All of this is medically doented, and the doctors are willing to give me a go on all issues. What are my options? I can probably get waivers for all issues, but will not be able to be much of a combatant because of military imposed limitations.
