What is the TSA interview like?

I have an interview next week with the TSA and do not know what to expect. Please let me know for those of you who have been through the interview proces, what it is like. Is the interview with one person? What kind of questions will they be asking me? I'm sure I'll have to dress up formally with a suit. Please give me your advice and suggestions if possible. Thank you!
