Where can you get these boots over the internet? (not this site though)?

They're not released yet. Those are just prototypes(cleats that are made just to see how the color looks and feels). They're about to be in production, but wont be out for a few months. If you want that color so bad, you can customize Vapors on the nike website with those colors.
