Astral Projection: Is it real? If so, how do you do it?

No, it's not real. If it were, it would very, very easy to prove - and no one as ever done so. Most of the stories you hear from people are actually dreams they had. I have a standing invitation for the people on here who claim they can do it to astrally project themselves into my living room and tell me which book is open on the large bookshelf, fourth shelf.
