Can I Still PK?(RUNESCAPE)?

ok so I have this noob account that i trained fishing on so it has a decent amount of money and i want to pk with it ...these are my stats attack:1 strength:1 defence:10 mage:30 range:5 ok so im thinking of mathching my range with my mage but keep in mind this is f2p so i cant just level my range to 70 in a heatbeat...so any advice...i just want to be able to PK sucessefully or did i already screw up my acc by leveling up my defence?
