Forgetful about taking medication?

Ok so im on propranolol but im soo forgetful its like i take 1, 1 day then forget the next 2 days then take it the next day then the same happens, i was just wondering this isnt harmful in any way is it? i dont wanna mess up my body but im so damn forgetful and when i remember im scared its too late for this day, thanks ^^ (im supossed to take 1 a day)
